For example, if you are a regular customer who typically travels to work at 7.30 AM and prefers a quiet ride, our AI learns these over time and will suggest a ride at that time and offer a “quiet ride” option. But if you have a meeting marked in your calendar at some other location at 8.00 AM or 9.00 AM, you will find a notification suggesting a ride to the new meeting location, departing slightly earlier than your usual time to account for traffic. It is about anticipating needs and making the journey seamless.

Q: How do you ensure that drivers are satisfied and feel valued as partners in the Vybe Cabs journey?

Lipsa: Our drivers are the backbone of our business. At Vybe Cabs, we prioritise driver satisfaction and view them as essential partners. We have implemented comprehensive training programmes, including customer service, safety, and app usage, to ensure drivers are well-prepared and confident. To reward their hard work, we offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and incentives for zero cancellations.
